Terms and conditions:

 Institute for Foreign Study(IFS) reserves the right:

• to accept or to reject applications. No reason will be given in case of rejection.
• to make changes in, and not limited to, program activities, program dates, travel arrangements, departure and arrival dates, host family placements and in extreme cases, the homestay location either prior to the start of the program or during the program in the interest of safety, learning or circumstances beyond the control of IFS and/or its affiliate organization.
• to cancel a group program if the number of students does not reach the required minimum to run it or due to circumstances beyond the control of IFS and/or its affiliate organization
• to terminate the participation of a student due to violation of any program rule or regulation or where the welfare of the student and/or that of other participants demands it.
• to terminate the participation of a student who is rude, discourteous and willfully disobeys program rules and policies

Applicants, as well as parents/legal guardians, who provide false or misleading information either verbally or stated on any IFS form or on the visa application and/or who furnish fraudulent documents will be penalized and/or expelled from the program. If discovered prior to the start of the program, the application will be cancelled and no refund will be due.

Withdrawal/Cancellation from the program prior to departure from the Philippines for whatever reason including medical or health reasons is subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Please ensure that you understand thoroughly our cancellation and refund policy prior to booking a program.

DECLARATION. I/My parents/Legal Guardian have read the above terms and conditions. I/We understand and agree to abide by all IFS rules and regulations as well as all program rules and policies. I understand that any misrepresentation of facts, incorrect data or the submission of fraudulent documents is cause for refusal and/or cancellation of my application.
